2. How to Submit a Complaint
Customers may submit a grievance by email or WhatsApp. Please include:
Your name and preferred contact details.
Order number, if applicable.
A clear description of the issue.
Relevant photographs, payment references, or other supporting information, where applicable.
The resolution you are requesting.
Please do not send passwords, PINs, or one-time banking authentication codes.
3. Acknowledgement and Resolution
We will acknowledge receipt of a consumer grievance within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within one month of receipt, in accordance with applicable e-commerce rules.
We may contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint.
4. Possible Resolutions
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the resolution may include clarification, order-status assistance, correction of an error, return or replacement arrangements, a refund, or another appropriate remedy.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may reply to the original complaint email and request further review. You may also approach the appropriate consumer grievance authority or forum available under Indian law.
