1. Subscription Plans & Billing Cycle
  • Billing Frequency: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Billing Date: Your account will be charged on the same date each billing cycle
  • Invoice Access: Tax invoices are available in your account dashboard
2. Eligibility for Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only): Full refund if requested within 30 days of initial subscription purchase, provided the service has not been fully utilized.

Genuine Technical Failures: Refunds approved if critical service features are unavailable due to our technical failure and remain unresolved after good-faith support attempts.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges: Immediate refund for duplicate transactions or unauthorized payments.

Service Cancellation by Company: Full prorated refund if we discontinue your subscription plan.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Service fully utilized or significant access obtained prior to refund request
  • Subscription refunded beyond the 30-day window or post-renewal period
  • User-induced technical issues or misuse of the Platform
  • Violation of Terms of Service or Platform policies
  • Change of mind without technical/service failure
4. Cancellation Procedure

Self-Service Cancellation: Users may cancel active subscriptions from their account settings or dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Support-Assisted Cancellation: Contact support@1page.info with your account ID and subscription details. Cancellation will be processed within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing & Timelines

Approval Timeline: Refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days. Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from approval to your original payment method.

6. How to Request a Refund

Submit a written request to support@1page.info with your full name, account email, invoice number, subscription plan, and reason for refund.

7. Payment Methods & Failed Payments
  • Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
  • Failed Transactions: We will retry up to 3 times over 5 days; failed payments result in subscription suspension
8. Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
