- Display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on the Platform
- Use Your Content for platform operation and improvement
- Archive Your Content for legal and business purposes
You warrant that you own or have the legal right to submit Your Content and that submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
3. Prohibited Activities & Content
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Uploading illegal, copyrighted, or infringing content without authorization
- Posting hateful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content

1. Plans & Payment
- One-Time Payment: Paid plans are a single one-time purchase that grants lifetime access — there is no recurring or automatic billing of any kind
- No Renewal Required: Once purchased, a plan stays active for good; there is nothing to renew and nothing will ever be charged again without you initiating a new purchase
- Invoice Access: Tax invoices are available in your account dashboard
2. Eligibility for Refunds
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only): Full refund if requested within 30 days of initial subscription purchase, provided the service has not been fully utilized.
Genuine Technical Failures: Refunds approved if critical service features are unavailable due to our technical failure and remain unresolved after good-faith support attempts.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges: Immediate refund for duplicate transactions or unauthorized payments.
Service Cancellation by Company: Full prorated refund if we discontinue your subscription plan.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Service fully utilized or significant access obtained prior to refund request
- Refund requested beyond the 30-day window
- User-induced technical issues or misuse of the Platform

- Change of mind without technical/service failure
4. Requesting a Refund
Since paid plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring billing, there is nothing to "cancel" going forward — a refund simply reverses the one-time payment and moves your account back to the Free plan. 5. Refund Processing & Timelines
Approval Timeline: Refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days. Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from approval to your original payment method.
6. How to Request a Refund
Submit a written request to support@1page.info with your full name, account email, invoice number, subscription plan, and reason for refund.
7. Payment Methods & Failed Payments
- Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
- Failed Transactions: If a payment fails or is not completed at checkout, your plan is simply not activated and you are not charged — you can retry the payment at any time from the pricing page
8. Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction
